The Event Coordinator & Sales Intern is responsible for the sales and management of wedding and events. The role
involves liaising with external clients when they enquire to hire items for their events, and offering expertise, style
advice and suggestions based on product knowledge and event expertise. The Event Coordinator & Sales Intern has a
strong knowledge of the Simply Seated inventory as well as system processes, with a strong attention to detail and
excellent organisation skills. The role requires strong communication skills with both external clients and colleagues,
in the timely and accurate management of all logistics, operational and scheduling activities. The duties outlined in
this position description may vary from time to time depending on the evolving needs of the business.
The duration of this internship is 6 months and you would be required Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-5.
